Incheon Airport Coat Storage 2026: Where to Leave Winter Clothes
Last verified: October 10, 2026 · Primary source: Incheon International Airport Corporation.
If you are flying from cold Korea to a warm destination, Incheon Airport has an official coat storage service through Cleanup Air laundry. This lets you leave a bulky winter coat at the airport and collect it when you return.
Official coat-storage price
Incheon Airport’s official FAQ lists KRW 10,000 for 5 days (including 4 nights), then KRW 2,000 for each additional day. Prices can change, so check the airport’s current facility page before travel.

Current airport facility listing: west side of the public area, 1F Terminal 1

The current facility page lists the T1 laundry hours as 06:00–19:00. An older airport FAQ shows different weekday/weekend hours, so use the live facility listing or call the shop shortly before your trip if timing is tight.

Always confirm your departure terminal on your e-ticket or the airport’s flight search before choosing a storage location.
How does it work?
- Go to Cleanup Air in your terminal before departure.
- Ask for coat storage (외투보관).
- Confirm the storage period and final price.
- Keep the receipt or claim information securely.
- Return to the same service point or follow the pickup instructions provided when checking in the coat.
How should a foreign visitor pay?
The airport’s public FAQ publishes the price but does not guarantee every overseas card brand. Bring a physical international credit/debit card and some Korean won as a backup. Ask the counter to confirm the total charge before leaving your coat, especially if your trip exceeds five days.
What if the laundry is closed?
Incheon Airport also lists baggage-storage and courier businesses in the terminals, including Hanjin Express facilities. Those services are not necessarily the same as a dedicated coat-room service, so ask whether they accept clothing or a bag containing your coat and confirm the price before using them.
Is coat storage worth it?
It is most useful for winter trips when you are leaving Korea for a tropical or warm-weather destination and do not want to carry a heavy coat through your trip. If you are changing terminals during your itinerary, consider where you will return before choosing the storage counter.
Map check at Incheon Airport
Confirm your terminal before going to a storage counter. Use the airport’s official terminal map for the exact counter location, and use NAVER Map for general terminal navigation.
